Humza has a split role; after graduating from UCL with a 2.1, he was looking to gain valuable work experience. Once integrated into the team, Humza helps with Court of Protection and Deputyship work, but largely focuses on various business development tasks that a private firm faces. This involves data analysis, social media presence, advertising, IT systems, office management, and how to improve upon the foundations of a business in a sustainable way.
